Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or washing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products
Altered or tailored garments
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

Incorrect items received
Defective or damaged products
Size exchanges (subject to stock availability)

Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
